xMedia Remote Control

xMedia Remote Control is used to control the switching of the xMedia playlist.

Steps to Use

1. Install xMedia Server. 2.Install the CyberHub platform. 3.Install the xMedia Remote Control service. 4.Configure the xMedia Remote Control service.
   1. An example path is D:\Program\xMediaServerDir. Note that double backslashes are required.

Common Issues

Unable to Start xMediaServer Service or Incorrect Program After Launch

1. Check the xMedia version; it is recommended to use version 5.x or above.
2. The xMedia Remote Control service must be installed on the same computer as the xMedia Server service.
3. The xMedia Remote Control service needs to be configured with the address of the xMedia Server and the address of the xmp playlist.
4. There should be no spaces in the addresses of the xMedia Server and the xmp playlist, and the paths and filenames should be in English as much as possible.
